eCASM for Educational Agencies

eCASM is designed to provide an educational agency or agency group with a system that provides centralised and distributed Student College placements with integrated sales and finance modules.

Course Finder - search the courses offered by your agency, by College/University, Country and program.

DirectEnrol integration where online applications can be made by students and their documents attached.

Schedule meetings - follow up tasks, diary, journal entries and appointments for students, Colleges and staff. Meetings can be confirmed via email with prosepective students.

Applications can be directly sent to Colleges and Universities from tailored templates. Confirm application status changes with Students and Colleges. College applications can be followed up by course start date, homestay request, airport flight bookings and transfers, and last contact.

Management information - view accepted applications and raise invoices. Analyse placements by countries / courses / colleges / agency office - staff sales by invoice value gross/nett and margin (revenue) and course weeks

Centralised record-keeping - Agency Staff can see the status, progress of student applications. Applications can be viewed across multiple offices in your recruiting and placement countries. All records and documents, including sent and retrieved email are automatically stored with each student and College.

Integrated Accounting - exchange transactions and data with Quickbooks. Show outstanding fees, receipting and banking reconciliation by student, College and staff/sub agency.

eCASM is a Windows application, that connects to a database application that is hosted in the "cloud". To connect to the "cloud" hosted database, you need a Microsoft Windows computer workstation connected to the internet.

eCASM is designed as a central database for an agency and sub-agents, to store and record all student applications, all their offers, acceptances, invoices and placements for a University or College.

eCASM reflects the workflow and progress of student applications. eCASM includes details of Colleges, courses and fees, student applications sent to those Colleges, and monitor offer application status for students placed, starting and finishing their courses with Colleges.

Applications and acceptances can be shared by Agency staff located anywhere in the world, at the recruiting location, head office, sub-agencies and University and College placement locations. Copies of applications and statuses are shared and documentation available at all agent and sub-agency locations by user access.
